The application procedure is offline only and must be completed through the proper channel. Eligible officers are required to fill out the prescribed application format available in the official notification and submit it after forwarding it through their respective department or organisation.

- Go to the official website www.dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in and download the prescribed application form available under the “Office Order & Circulars” section.
- Complete the form carefully in English or Hindi using clear block letters.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space.
- Enclose self-attested copies of required documents such as APAR/ACR records for the past 5 years, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, details of penalties (if applicable), educational qualification certificates, experience proof, age proof, and category certificate (if applicable).
- The filled application must be forwarded by the Cadre Controlling Authority of the parent department.
- Submit the completed form to the given address before the deadline of the respective phase.
