• Neatly type the application in English on A4-sized paper.
• Attach self-attested copies of required certificates (Age proof, educational/technical qualification, caste, Aadhaar card, ESM discharge book, etc.).
• Include one self-addressed envelope (size 30 cm x 12 cm) affixed with a postal stamp of Rs. 55/- for sending the admit card.
