Steps to Apply Offline for DGQA Recruitment 2026

Candidates interested in the DGQA Recruitment 2026 must submit their application through offline mode only. The application should be completed in the prescribed format and sent by Speed Post to the address mentioned in the official notification before the last date.

How to Apply Offline

• Download the prescribed application form (Appendix ‘A’ and Appendix ‘B’) from the official notification.
• Fill in the application form in English using A4-size paper with accurate personal, educational, and communication details.
• Select only one trade and one establishment code while filling out the application form.
• Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided and sign the application form.
• Attach self-attested copies of all required documents, including age proof, educational qualification, ITI/trade certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar card, ESM discharge book (if applicable), and other supporting certificates.
• Enclose one self-addressed envelope (30 cm × 12 cm) affixed with a ₹55 postal stamp for dispatch of the admit card.

• Place the completed application form and documents in an envelope and clearly superscribe it as:

  “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TECHNICIAN (SEMI-SKILLED), TRADE: ________, ESTABLISHMENT CODE: ________”.

• Send the application only through Speed Post to the address specified in the official notification.

DGQA Technician Salary 2026

Candidates selected under the DGQA Technician Recruitment 2026 will be appointed as Group ‘C’ employees under the Ministry of Defence. They will receive salary as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) along with various allowances and benefits admissible to Central Government employees.
