BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Selection Process 2026
The detailed selection process for the BSNL SET Exam is mentioned below.
- Computer-Based Online Test (CBT): A multiple-choice objective test consisting of aptitude and technical subject questions. Marks may be normalised if the exam is conducted in multiple sessions.
- Merit List: Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification as per the official notice.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to clearing the medical examination as per BSNL medical standards.
- Bond and Probation: Selected candidates must sign a ₹9 Lakhs service bond for 5 years, then they will enter a two-year probation period, which includes a structured 52-week training program. If you leave before this period, you will be required to pay the bond amount.
NOTE: This structured process ensures fair selection purely on merit and eligibility.
