BEL Chennai Apprentices 2026 Eligibility Criteria for Walk-in Interview
- Candidates applying for Graduate and Diploma Apprentices must belong to the Southern Region only, which includes Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Puducherry.
- Applicants should have completed a full-time, regular Graduation or Diploma from an AICTE/DOTE/UGC-recognized Board or University on or after 01 April 2021.
- The minimum required percentage in Graduation or Diploma is 60% and above for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC/ST candidates must have secured at least 50%. For candidates applying under the Optional Apprentice category (B.Com / BBA / BBM), the minimum qualifying percentage is 50% and above.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS or NAPS in any organisation are not eligible.
- Applicants having more than one year of work experience in private organisations are also not eligible to apply.
- For ITI Apprentices, only Indian Nationals belonging to Tamil Nadu are eligible. ITI candidates who have passed on or after 01 January 2021 are eligible to appear for the walk-in selection process.
