The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has announced recruitment for Group-B Gazetted Urban Technical Officers (UTOs) under the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs. APSC Urban Technical Officer (UTO) Exam Pattern 2025

The exam pattern for APSC Urban Technical Officer (UTO) is an objective test with multiple choice questions and will consist of a total of 100  questions. The total duration of the examination will be 2 hours. The following table provides a detailed overview of the exam pattern. The exam pattern is structured to test the technical knowledge of the candidates related to the engineering branch.

• The exam will be objective-based (MCQ type).

• Each question carries 2 marks, making the total marks 200.

• The paper will test candidates on core technical knowledge relevant to their engineering discipline.
