Officer	Full-Time MBA/ PGDM Specialization in Marketing with a minimum of 55% marks from a Government recognized university/ institute.	Good Knowledge in Services of Automobile, Electrical, and Electronics instruments, Good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Grievance Redressal Mechanism, Warranty Management, and Inventory/ Spare Parts management. Good Communication skills and knowledge of ERP.
Accountant	Graduate in Commerce – 3-year degree	04 years post qualification
Marketing Assistant	Minimum full-time three years degree course from any Government recognized university /Institution	04 years post qualification
Shop Assistant	Full time 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/DME or ITI with specialization in Production from a Government approved/ recognized institute/university	4 years- DME / 7 years- ITI – post qualification
Fabrication Assistant/ Welder	3-year Diploma in WELDING TECHNOLOGY/MECHANICAL ENGINEERING from a Government approved/recognized institute/university	04 years post qualification
Assistant	Full time 3 years Diploma in Chemical/Paint Technology from a Government approved/ recognized institute/university	04 years post qualification
QC Assistant	Full-time 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute	04 years post qualification
Assistant Personnel & Administration	Graduate from any discipline	04 years post qualification
