ALIMCO Apprentice Recruitment 2026
ALIMCO has released an official notification for the recruitment of Apprentices on 21st April 2026 with Advt. No. AD 3M 09/April-2026 on its official website for one-year training. Selection will be through an interview with reservation as per the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992. Candidates must first register on the NATS/NAPS portal (as applicable) and then submit the offline application via Speed Post/Registered Post/Courier. Educational Qualification
For ITI Candidates:
- Passed 10th with Science and Mathematics
- ITI Certificate in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT)
For Diploma Candidates:
- Passed 10th with Science and Mathematics
- Full-time Diploma in a relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC/State/Central Government-recognised institute
Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026)

- Maximum Age: 25 years

ALIMCO Apprentice Application Process 2026
To participate in the employment process at ALIMCO, candidates applying for Technician and Graduate Apprentice posts must submit their applications through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice posts must apply through the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal and submit an offline Application form by Post.

ALIMCO Apprentice Selection Process 2026
1. Shortlisting on Merit: Candidates are shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying ITI/Diploma examination along with fulfillment of eligibility criteria. The shortlisting is done trade-wise/discipline-wise as per requirements.
2. Call for Interview: Shortlisted candidates are informed about the interview through registered post, email or courier well in advance of the scheduled date.
3. Interview Process: The interview is conducted by a Selection Committee to assess the candidate’s technical knowledge, understanding of concepts and overall suitability for apprenticeship training.
4. Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates are required to produce original documents for verification and any mismatch or false information may lead to cancellation of candidature.
ALIMCO Apprentice Salary 2026
Apprentices will be paid a monthly stipend in accordance with the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
The stipend amount will be fixed as per government norms applicable to the respective category of apprentices. No additional benefits such as TA/DA or boarding and lodging facilities, will be provided.
Apprentices will be required to undergo training during the prescribed working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
