Class 11th Arrear Exam Result: Passing Marks

To pass the 100-mark subject, students must achieve a total of 35 marks, including the theory threshold and aggregate pass score in the supplementary exam.  In Tamil Nadu Plus Internal evaluation carries a maximum of 10 marks, while practicals account for 20 marks. There is no minimum qualifying score for the practical exam, and students are just required to participate. The written TN HSE +1 supply theory section is worth 70 marks, with a minimum of 15 marks in theory and a total of 35 marks (including theory, practical, and internal) to pass.

How was the TN HSE 11th Result this year?

TN HSE 11th Result 2025 was announced on May 16 by the exam conducting body. This year a total of 807,098 students took the HSE +1 exams. 743,232 passed the exam, while 63,866 failed and needed to take supplemental exams. According to the Class 12th result pass rate, the overall pass percentage for Class 11 was 92.09%. Girls passed at 95.13%, while boys passed at 88.70%.
