The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Andhra Pradesh, has released the RGUKT Merit List 2025 for AP IIIT Selection on June 23. As announced, candidates can available to download the RGUKT IIIT Results 2025 Selection List PDF on the official admissions portal, admissions25.rgukt.in.

According to RGUKT IIIt Results 2025 stats, 4,040 candidates were chosen from a pool of 50,541 applicants. 94.8% of selected pupils attend government schools, while 69% of those admitted are female. Only 5.2% of the selected candidates come from private institutions.

Selected candidates in the RGUKT AP IIIT Merit list should download the AP IIIT Results 2025 for certificate verification by entering their application ID and date of birth. Only individuals who have been assigned a seat will be able to participate in the next certificate verification process.

RGUKT Merit List 2025

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), also called IIIT Andhra Pradesh, offers a six-year integrated B.Tech program after 10th grade. Admissions are determined by a student’s performance on the AP/Telangana boards’ class 10 exam, which includes the CBSE and ICSE. The list includes applicants who want to enrol in the university’s two-year Pre-University Course (PUC), which is followed by a four-year BTech program.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), at admissions25.rgukt.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, now click the “RGUKT admission 2025 Selection Merit List PDF” link.
Step 3: Following clicking a link, a login window appears where you need to enter your Application ID and date of birth.
Step 4: Download the Merit list PDF and verify your selection status.
Step 5: If selected, obtain the Call Letter for Phase 1 counseling.

In the merit list, If there is a tie in the marks, the following technique will be used to decide it.

• Candidates with higher scores in Mathematics will be prioritised, followed by those with higher marks in Science.
• Candidates with higher scores in English
• Candidates with higher scores in Social Studies
• Candidates with better marks in the first language
• Elder candidates based on date of birth
• The lowest random number is generated from the SSC or tenth hall ticket number.
