It should be noted that there is no need to send physical copies of the OUAT 2025 Form B or supporting documents to OUAT because the application procedure is completed online. • Scroll to the “Activity” section.
• Click the link labelled “OUAT UG Admission 2025”.

The deadline to complete and submit Form B is June 10, 2025. If a candidate fails to meet this deadline, he or she will be removed from the OUAT UG merit list and denied admission.
