The Karnataka SSLC Result 2025 for the exam 1 was released on May 2, 2025 which shows a 62.34% of studenys passed the March 2025 exam. SSLC Result 2025 Karnataka Exam 1 Highlights
The Karntaka Exam 1 or Main Examination was held in March 2025, and the exam 1 results were declared on April 30, 2025. This year, 8,42,173 students sat the SSLC Exam 1, comprising ordinary freshers, private freshers, and repeaters in both categories. A total of 842173 students took the exam, and 524984 passed it, bringing the overall pass rate stood at 62.34 percent.
Girls have once again outperformed boys in the SSLC 2025 results. A total of 4,00,579 girls took the exam, and 2,96,438 passed, for a pass percentage of 74%. On the other side, 3,90,311 males took the exam, with 2,26,637 passing—a pass rate of 58.07%.
Students from rural and urban areas performed nearly evenly on the 2025 SSLC exams. In Urban areas, a total of 3,35,446 appeared and 2,24,900 passed, resulting in a pass rate of 67.05%. Whereas in Rural, a total of 4,55,444 took the exam, and 2,98,175 passed with a pass rate of 65.47%.
