The Department of College Education in Rajasthan has released the DCE Rajasthan UG Merit List 2025 for.Part-I (Semester-I) admissions to government colleges across the state. Candidates who applied for the admission round can view the DCE Rajasthan Final Merit List 2025 on the DCE’s website, dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in.

 The final preference and waiting lists is available until July 11, 2025. Candidates have till July 11 to submit their documentation for verification at the college and pay their fees via e-Mitra.  The First DCE Rajasthan Seat allotment list will be released on July 14, followed by the class and subject allocation for admitted students on July 15. Classes will start on July 16, 2025.

DCE Rajasthan UG Merit List 2025: How To Check

The status of the DCE Rajasthan admission can be checked only after logging into their dashboard available on the portal. To view the merit list, candidates should follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Visit the official website of DCE Rajasthan i.e dceapp.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 2: On the homepage. Click the notification mentions as DCE Rajasthan UG Merit List 2025.
Step 3: A new page will open, requiring candidates to input their login information.
Step 4: After providing all the details. Click the submit button.
Step 5: Once the page is loaded, the DCE Rajasthan merit list 2025 appears on the screen.
Step 6: Download and keep a hard copy of the same in case you need it later.

If you have been chosen, you must report to your assigned college and complete document verification and fee payment within the timeframe specified. Only after completing these two tasks will your admission be considered confirmed. If you do not finish this process within the specified time frame, the seat may be offered to another qualified candidate. Pay great attention to the deadlines.

Students whose names appear on the waiting list will have to wait until the next merit list. When the new list is published, they can check their status again by logging in to the website.

Following the merit list release, selected students must report the the allotted institute for document verification purposes. If highly advised, students are advised to carry the original as well as the photocopies of below documents mentioned below along with them

  • Class 12 Mark Sheet
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport-size Photographs
  • Fee Payment Receipt
