BSEB Matric Toppers 2026: The Bihar Board Class 10 results were announced by Education Minister Sunil Kumar along with the Topper List, with an overall pass rate of 81.79 per cent. Pushpanjali Kumari of Jamui and Sabreen Parveen of Vaishali shared first place in the Bihar Board Class 10 exam. Both the BSEB Matric Toppers earned 492 marks (98.4 per cent).

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has named 139 students to the top ten BSEB Matric Toppers 2026 List, who will get cash prizes, computers, and other incentives. In addition, the board has increased the prize money from 2025, Out of the 15,10,928 students that took the exam, 12,35,743 passed. BSEB Class 10 Toppers 2026 Prizes

According to the amended Matric Toppers incentives,

The first rank holders will earn Rs. 2 lakh each,
the second rank holders will receive Rs. 1.5 lakh, and
the third rank holders will receive Rs. 1 lakh.
Students ranked fourth to tenth will each receive Rs. 20,000.

In addition to the cash awards, all top-performing kids will receive a laptop, a certificate, and a medal.

Scholarships for BSEB Toppers 2026 Class 10

Students in the top ten BSEB merit lists will also be eligible for the “Bihar School Examination Board Chairman Dr. Rajendra Prasad Merit Scholarship” program.

Under this initiative, children would receive Rs. 2,000 per month for two years during Classes 11 and 12, as long as they are enrolled and consistently attending institutions approved by the state or national government.
