News on BSE Odisha Re-exams for Class 10
The Class 10th results for the students of the Odisha Board were declared on 25th June 2021. The pass percentage of the Odisha Board for the year 2021 was the highest among the last three years. It saw an increase of 3% in the pass percentage of the exam.
Students who are not satisfied with the marks awarded to them based on the evaluation criteria may appear for the physical Board Exams. The students will have to fill the online application form to appear in the exams. The application dates start from July 5 onwards.
The marks received in the physical exams will be final for the students and not further requests for change in marks shall be entertained. The dates for the exams haven’t yet been declared by the Odisha Government.
The marks were evaluated based on Class 9 and 10 marks. 40 Percentage of weightage was given to the final exam marks of Class 9 and 60% was taken from Class 01 exams. The class 10 marks included the unit test, half-yearly marks, and the pre-boards marks.
If a student hasn’t appeared in any of the exams for Class 10, then the marks given in 10th Boards were completely based on Class 9 marks.
The students of Class 10, who were supposed to appear in the Board exams of Odisha boards in 2021, will have their results declared on 25 June at 4 pm. They can check their results through this website.
