The Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) is a digital platform developed by BSEB to expedite the 11th-grade admissions process throughout the state. It streamlines the admission process for approximately 17.5 lakh seats in more than 7,700 accredited institutions and colleges for the academic year 2025-27.

According to the BSEB’s official notification, “The First Selection List has been released by the Bihar School Examination Board for admission to Class 11th for the session 2025-27 in +2 schools of the state.”

Candidates must have the OFSS Class 11th admission Intimation Letter with them when they report to their respective schools for the offline admission process. The notification letter can be accessed from the official OFSS Bihar website. The board has instructed school principals to update student enrolment status on the OFSS portal on a daily basis. Admission will be given only after all documents have been properly verified and the relevant payments have been made.

Students who are not on the OFSS first merit list can participate in the slide-up procedure or change their college and stream preferences between June 4 and June 10, 2025. This assures that students have a chance of being accepted in the following round of BSEB 11th admissions.
