AP Polycet First Seat Allotment 2025- How to Check Status?

  1. Visit the official AP POLYCET counselling portal at appolycet.nic.in.
  2. On the homepage, click on the link labelled as “First round of Seat Allotment for AP POLYCET Counselling 2025”
  3. Enter your login information, including hall ticket number, ICR form number, password, and date of birth.
  4. After logging in, your seat allocation letter will appear on the screen.

Documents Required for AP POLYCET Counselling 2025

To confirm admission, candidates who are assigned a seat must complete self-reporting and report to the designated college. AP Polytechnic Seat Acceptance Fee

Tuition fees for government and assisted polytechnics are ₹4700/-, whereas private unaided polytechnics and second shift engineering colleges have an annual cost of ₹25000/-. Tuition fee refund for all qualifying candidates would be based on orders issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.

What after the AP POLYCET Seat Allotment?

Candidates must report both through the self-reporting system and at the designated college. These two procedures are required, and simply reporting via self-reporting or reporting at the polytechnic is insufficient to retain a place. If the candidate fails to report by self-reporting and reporting at the designated polytechnic by the specified dates, the allotment is annulled, and the candidate has no claim for subsequent allotment of seats. If the vacant seats are available, futures admission rounds will be conducted
