Correct option is C

The earliest woman sufi in India mentioned in the biographical compilation Akhbar al-Akhyar is Bibi Fatima Sam.

Bibi Fatima Sam was a revered woman saint of the Chishti order in Delhi, a contemporary of Baba Farid Ganjshakar (d. 1265 CE) and Nizamuddin Auliya (d. 1325 CE).
The author of Akhbar al-Akhyar, Shaikh Abdul Haq Muhaddith Dehlawi (1551–1663), included a chapter on Sufi women and noted her extraordinary spiritual status. Nizamuddin Auliya referred to her as "Appa" (elder sister) and held her in high esteem.
She is generally considered one of the most prominent early female Sufi saints of the Delhi Sultanate period.
