Area of the rectangle = Length × Breadth
Basic Explanation:
Let the length and breadth of the rectangle be 4a and 3a meters respectively
Area of the rectangle = 4a×3a=12a² sq. m
New length of the rectangle = 4a×130/100=5.2a m
New area of the rectangle = 5.2a×3a=15.6a² sq. m
ATQ,
15.6a²-12a²=360
3.6a²=360
a=10
Original length of the rectangle = 4a = 40 meter
