Kiran complete the work = 15 days 

Formula Used​​

total work = number of days ×\times efficiency
Solution:

let efficiency of Kiran = x 

let efficiency of  Venkat = y 

according to question 

10 days ×\times x (efficiency of Kiran) = 30 days ×\times​ y (efficiency of Venkat)

x\y =3\1

total work = number of days ×\times​ efficiency

                = 3×\times15

                45 units

so 45 unit of work done by Venkat in =   total work \ efficiency 

                                                          =45\1 days

                                                        = 45 days
