So, 

​$$\text{Distance left} = 150 - \frac{2}{3} \cdot 150 = 50 \, \text{km}$$​​

​$$\text{Time left} = 12 - \frac{5}{8} \cdot 12 = 4.5 \, \text{hrs}$$ 

Thus, Speed to cover the remaining distance;

​$$\text{Speed} = \frac{50}{4.5} \approx 11.1 \, \text{km/h}$$​​
