The West Bengal School Service Commission has released the 1st State Level Selection Test (SLST) 2025 WBSSC Group D Admit Card 2026 on 14 February 2026 for the candidates who have applied for the D posts. As per media reports, a total of 16 Lakh+ candidates applied for these posts. Now, they can download their hall ticket by sharing their login credentials on the official portal @westbengalssc.gov.in.

WBSSC Group D Admit Card 2026 Out

The WBSSC successfully conducted the 1st SLST 2025 written examination for Group C Librarian and Clerk posts on 1st March 2026. The 1st SLST 2025 written examination for Group D staff posts will be conducted on 08th March 2026. This exam will be held in a single shift only at multiple exam centres across the state.

For this purpose, to appear in the examination, the WBSSC has activated the download link of the WBSSC Group D Admit Card on the official WBSSC portal. Every candidate who will appear in the exam is required to carry the West  Bengal SSC Group D Admit Card into the exam centre hall.

West Bengal SSC Group D Admit Card 2026: Overview

The 1st SLST (NTS) Exam will be conducted to fill 8,478 posts in various state departments. To qualify, candidates must clear the written exam and other stages.

What are the Shift Timings?

The Group D examination will be conducted on 8th March 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:20 PM. Although both examinations are scheduled on different dates, they will be held during the same time slot of the day.

Photo & Signature Correction- 1st SLST 2025

The WBSSC has informed that some candidates submitted incorrect, blank, or unclear photographs and signatures during the application process. To prevent cancellation of their candidature, the Commission is giving a final opportunity to such applicants.

Candidates must report to the examination centre by 10:00 AM with their original Aadhaar card, PAN card, self-attested photocopies, a self-attested photograph, and all other documents mentioned on the WBSSC Group D Admit card. WBSSC Group D Revised Exam Pattern 2026

The West Bengal SSC has revised the exam pattern for the 1st SLST (NTS) 2026, which is an important update for all aspirants. As per the revised pattern, there is no negative marking, allowing candidates to attempt all questions without the risk of losing marks.
