The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released an important advisory regarding malpractices during the ongoing Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025, which began on 12th September 2025 and will continue until 26th September 2025. The examination is being conducted across multiple centers in the country, with strict security measures in place to ensure fairness and transparency.
Security Measures in Place
To maintain the integrity of the examination process, SSC has deployed various security features. These include real-time monitoring and advanced technological solutions that track and analyze candidate activity at every examination center. This step aims to ensure that no unfair means are adopted during the computer-based examination.
Previous Advisory and Warning
Earlier, on 10th September 2025, SSC had issued a similar advisory warning candidates against adopting unfair methods. The Commission highlighted that attempts to cheat through technological means or external support could lead to the cancellation of candidature. In addition, strict legal and disciplinary actions, including debarment from future examinations, may be taken against those found guilty.
Use of Digital Security Solutions
According to the latest notice, SSC’s digital security measures have detected suspicious activities, including the use of unauthorized devices and attempts at remote takeovers of systems in some centers. The Commission has confirmed that such cases are being thoroughly investigated. Strict action will be taken, and necessary legal proceedings will follow against candidates found indulging in malpractices.
