RSSB LDC Typing Test Schedule 2026 Out at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has issued the official schedule and examination guidelines for the LDC Grade-II/Junior Assistant Combined Direct Recruitment Examination 2026. As per the notice approved on October 22, the Phase-II Hindi and English typing speed and efficiency tests will be conducted on December 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 28 and 29, 2026. Candidates who qualified in Phase-I can download their e-admit cards from the official website, rssb.rajasthan.gov.in, once they are made available.

The board has published detailed instructions explaining the examination format, evaluation process and rules candidates must follow inside the examination hall. Phase-II will be conducted online on a computer and will comprise four separate papers covering Hindi typing, English typing, Hindi efficiency and English efficiency.
Candidates should carefully read the official notification before appearing for the test. The individual reporting time and the deadline for entry into the examination centre will be mentioned on the e-admit card.

RSSB LDC Phase-II Exam Pattern 2026

According to the official guidelines, Phase-II consists of four papers, each carrying 25 marks with a duration of 10 minutes. Candidates must appear for all four papers and secure the required qualifying marks in each component.

Hindi and English Typing Test: Evaluation Rules

The typing test will include a 500-word English passage and a 400-word Hindi passage. Each correct English word carries 0.05 marks, while each correct Hindi word carries 0.0625 marks. Errors in spelling, spacing, punctuation, repetition and Hindi matras may result in loss of marks. Candidates should focus on both speed and accuracy.

RSSB LDC Computer Efficiency Test Details

The computer efficiency test carries 25 marks per paper and lasts 10 minutes. The Hindi test will be conducted in MS Word 2013, while the English test will use MS Excel 2013. Tasks may include formatting, tables, alignment, headers, footers and calculations. Candidates should perform only the operations specified in each question to avoid losing marks.

• Candidates must appear for all four papers and meet the qualifying marks.
• The mock test link will be available approximately 15 days before the exam.
• Check the keyboard, mouse and computer during the practice test.
• Use only the prescribed examination software.
• Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices and other electronic gadgets are prohibited.
• Do not bring personal keyboards or keyboard stickers.
• Avoid shortcut keys, including Alt and Control.
• Use Backspace to correct the previous word only before pressing Enter or Space.
• Report any hardware or software issues immediately to the invigilator.
