The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has approved the number of vacancies to be filled this year for Technician Grade 1 Signal and Grade posts in Indian Railways. The announcement has been made through an official notice released by RRB, and a total of 6242 vacancies for Technician Grade 3 and 323 vacancies for Technician Grade 1 Signal has been approved. The official CEN Notification will be released soon and candidates are advised to start their preparation for the exam.
RRB Technician Vacancy 2026-27 Out
The Railway Technician Grade 1 and 3 Vacancy 2026 has been announced across multiple railway zones and these vacancies are distributed among multiple departments such as Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, and Signal & Telecommunication. The recruitment process will begin once the official Notification is released. The RRB Technicaian Notification 2026 will include complete details on eligibility criteria, zone-wise vacancy distribution, application process, exam pattern, and selection procedure.
Eligible candidates will be able to apply online through the official RRB websites. The selection process include a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification and a medical examination.

RRB Technician 2026 Notification
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release the RRB Technician Recruitment 2026-27 Notification soon the 2nd half of 2026. The detailed Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) will be published soon, containing complete information regarding eligibility, important dates, application process, and selection stages.
Selected candidates will receive salaries as per the 7th Pay Commission, with Level 5 pay for Grade 1 and Level 2 for Grade 3 posts. The application process will be conducted online, and candidates are advised to regularly check official RRB websites for updates regarding the notification release and application schedule.
