Stages of RRB Group D Selection Process

The RRB Group D recruitment process includes the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination

RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2026

The first and most important stage of the selection process is the Computer-Based Test (CBT). This objective-type exam consists of multiple-choice questions and has a duration of 90 minutes. Questions are asked from four different subjects, which are detailed in the table below.

• There is a negative marking of 1/3rd for an incorrect answer marked by the candidate.
• Those who qualify in CBT will get to appear for the Physical Test.
• Candidates who clear the PET will be called for Document Verification followed by a Medical Examination.
