RRB Group D Application Status 2026 Notice (OUT), Check Online Form Acceptance Status

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released an official notice on 8 July 2026 regarding the RRB Group D Recruitment 2026 application status. As per the notice, the application status link for CEN No. 09/2025 (Level-1 posts under 7th CPC) will be activated on 9 July 2026 from 00:00 hours.

It will allow candidates to verify whether their application forms have been accepted or rejected.  Candidates must check their application status carefully, as only those whose applications are accepted will be allowed to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT). Read below for more details.

RRB Group D Application Status 2026

Applicants who successfully submitted the online form for 22,195 RRB Group D Level-1 vacancies will be able to log in using their Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth to check their application status. The application status link is likely to be activated a few weeks before the CBT examination.

Once active, candidates will be able to check their application status for the RRB Group D recruitment. Candidates whose application is accepted will be allowed to appear for the first stage of the RRB Group D selection process, which is the CBT. Rejected candidates will not be issued the city intimation slip and admit card.

Meaning of Application Status in RRB Group D 2026

The application status indicates whether a candidate’s online application has been accepted or rejected after document verification by RRB. 

Accepted Application

If the status displays Accepted, it means:

• The application form has been successfully verified.
• The candidate is eligible to appear for CBT.
• Exam city slips and admit cards will be issued later.

Rejected Application

If the status displays Rejected, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The rejection reason will also be mentioned on the portal. Applications may get rejected due to the following reasons:
