- A valid photo identity proof (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, voter ID) and a photocopy of the same.
- Age proof certificate (for example your Matriculation/SSLC certificate showing date of birth).
Proof of educational qualification:
- For Undergraduate (12th pass) posts: Class 12 / Intermediate certificate (or equivalent) from a recognised board.
- For Graduate level posts: Bachelor’s degree certificate (or provisional certificate) from a recognised university.
Other Documents
- Category proof (if applying under OBC-NCL, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD etc.): For example OBC-NCL certificate, SC/ST certificate, PwBD disability certificate, as per format and validity.
- Recent passport size photographs and scanned images of signature (as per the specifications in the notification).
- Bank passbook / cancelled cheque (for refund of fee, etc.).
- Any other document mentioned in the official notification (such as experience certificate, if applicable, or document for ex-serviceman status).
- The application form confirmation page / print-out and fee payment receipt (if applicable).
