The Physical Test for Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2025 was to be conducted in the second week of September, but due to emergencies, this physical test date has been extended. Punjab Police Constable Physical Test for Male & Female
The Punjab Police Constable Physical Test consists of two stages i.e Physical Screening Test (PST) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). This Stage II Examination includes Running (PST), Long Jump (PST), High Jump (PST) and Height Measurement (PMT). Candidates should clear both tests to qualify for stage III.
