PSSSB Jail Warder Physical Test Date 2025 Standards

The Physical Test is a vital stage to assess the fitness, stamina, and physical readiness of the candidates. It will be conducted in two stages — Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

Candidates must meet the following minimum height criteria to qualify for the next round:
