What is the Selection Process For OPSC OCS 2026

The selection process for OPSC OCS 2026 is conducted in three main stages to assess candidates’ overall knowledge, analytical ability, and personality. The process starts with a Preliminary Examination, followed by the Main Examination, and finally the Personality Test or Interview. Candidates must qualify at each stage to move to the next phase. The final merit list is prepared based on performance in the Main Examination and Interview.

Preliminary Examination

The Preliminary Examination consists of two papers, both conducted in an objective (MCQ) format. These papers are used only for screening purposes to shortlist candidates for the Main Examination. Paper II is qualifying in nature, and negative marking is applicable in the preliminary stage.
