1. Evaluation Criteria and Marks Distribution (Total: 100 Marks)

The selection is calculated based on a structured scoring system divided into four main categories:

Key Evaluation Rules:

• Foreign Graduates: Candidates who completed their MBBS abroad and passed the National Board of Examination (NBE) will be evaluated strictly based on the marks obtained in the NBE exam.
• Valid Experience: Experience is only considered valid if gained while working as a doctor in State/Central/Autonomous Government Hospitals, ESIC / ESI Scheme Hospitals, or Government Medical Colleges. Private sector experience is strictly not accepted.
• Experience Calculation: Experience of less than a full year (e.g., 364 days) will not be counted as 01 year; marks are awarded only for fully completed years up to the application deadline.

2. Document Verification and Interview (Viva) Phase

The interview and document verification stages are proposed to be organized in June–July 2026. Merely possessing minimum qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.

Required Documentation:
