Candidates must fulfill all the eligibility requirements prescribed by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board before applying for the Junior Pharmacist post. Domicile Requirement

Applicants must fulfill the following domicile conditions to become eligible for the Junior Pharmacist post:

• The candidate must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
• A valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory.
• The domicile certificate must be issued on or before 09 October 2026.
• Candidates without a valid domicile certificate will not be considered eligible for recruitment.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the prescribed educational and professional qualifications on or before the cut-off date. The required qualification for the Junior Pharmacist post is given below.

• 10+2 with Science and a Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy Course from a recognized Institute.
• Candidates claiming an equivalent qualification must produce an Equivalence Certificate issued by the competent authority, if required by the Board.

JKSSB has prescribed category-wise upper age limits for the Junior Pharmacist post. The age of candidates will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
