The HPRCA Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026 will follow a two-stage selection process to shortlist eligible candidates for the final appointment.

Written Screening Test (CBT)

Candidates will first appear for a computer-based written examination carrying 120 marks. The duration of the test will be 1 hour 30 minutes. The question paper will be objective in nature and include subjects such as General Knowledge, Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English & General Hindi.

Document Verification

Based on performance in the written exam, shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. They must present their Bonafide Himachal domicile certificate, HPNRC registration certificate, nursing degree or diploma certificates, and category certificate (if applicable).

HPRCA Assistant Staff Nurse Salary 2026

Recruited candidates for the HPRCA Assistant Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026 will be appointed purely on an engagement basis for a period of 5 years. They will receive a fixed monthly honorarium of ₹25,000. These posts are temporary, and candidates will not have rights for regularisation against standard Staff Nurse posts.
