BTSC Physical Verification Dates 2026 Out for Staff Nurse and Dentist

The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has officially released the BTSC Physical Verification Dates 2026 for candidates of Staff Nurse and Dentist recruitment examinations. The notice has been issued for PwD candidates who appeared in the Computer Based Test conducted under Advertisement No. 23/2025 (Staff Nurse) and Advertisement No. 20/2025 (Dentist).

This verification process is being organized by the Medical Board constituted by BTSC at its Patna office and is a mandatory stage for candidates claiming disability reservation benefits. Candidates whose names are mentioned in the attached PDF must appear for verification on the scheduled dates, failing which their PwD reservation claim will not be considered further.

BTSC Physical Verification Dates 2026

The physical verification notice comes after the completion of major recruitment stages for both posts. For Staff Nurse recruitment, BTSC had notified 11,389 vacancies under the Bihar Public Health Department. The written examination was held on 30–31 July and 1 & 3 August 2025, and the result was declared on 10 December 2025. The Staff Nurse selection process includes a written exam (75% weightage) and evaluation of experience (25% weightage).

For Dentist recruitment, the examination was conducted on 2 May 2025, with the application process completed between 11 March and 8 April 2025. Candidates shortlisted from the CBT and claiming PwD status are now required to undergo physical verification to validate their eligibility for reservation benefits.

As per the official BTSC notice dated 15 January 2026, the physical disability verification will be conducted at the BTSC office in Patna on the dates mentioned below. Candidates must report strictly as per their allotted schedule mentioned in the PDF and carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies.

Candidates who fail to appear for physical verification on the scheduled date will lose their disability reservation benefits, and no request for re-verification will be accepted.
