Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025

The Bihar Technical Service Commission will conduct the Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Recruitment 2025 process to fill 498 vacancies. The selection process includes two main stages:

• Written Competitive Examination (Computer-Based Test)
• Work Experience Evaluation

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their combined performance in both stages. The written exam carries 75 marks, while a maximum of 25 marks will be awarded for relevant work experience as a tutor.

BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025 Computer Based Test

The Computer Based Test (CBT) is a key part of the Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025. This online exam is of 100 marks, but the final score will be counted out of 75 marks by applying a factor of 0.75. The computer based test format has been  explained below:

Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025 Work Experience Evaluation

In the Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025, candidates get extra marks for relevant work experience. A maximum of 25 marks will be given for working as a tutor on a contract basis in government or non-private nursing institutions.

• 5 marks will be given for each full year of work as a tutor.
• The highest marks a candidate can earn for experience is 25 marks.
• For work experience of less than one year, marks will be given based on the number of days worked. These days will be multiplied by 5 and then divided by 365 to get the final marks.

Only work done in nursing educational institutions located in Bihar will be considered. Also, this benefit will be given only to those who have worked as tutors on a contract basis. Candidates working in other roles or as permanent staff will not get these marks.
