Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025 Work Experience Evaluation
In the Bihar BTSC Nursing Tutor Selection Process 2025, candidates get extra marks for relevant work experience. A maximum of 25 marks will be given for working as a tutor on a contract basis in government or non-private nursing institutions.
- 5 marks will be given for each full year of work as a tutor.
- The highest marks a candidate can earn for experience is 25 marks.
- For work experience of less than one year, marks will be given based on the number of days worked. These days will be multiplied by 5 and then divided by 365 to get the final marks.
Only work done in nursing educational institutions located in Bihar will be considered. Also, this benefit will be given only to those who have worked as tutors on a contract basis. Candidates working in other roles or as permanent staff will not get these marks.
