What is the Eligibility Criteria?

Educational Qualification

• For Process Server: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from any recognised Board.
• For Orderly/Chowkidar: Candidates must have passed the 10th/Matriculation examination from any recognised Board.

Domicile

The candidate must be a resident of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir and should possess a valid domicile certificate issued in accordance with the applicable J&K Government notification.

Age Limit

The age requirement is calculated as on 1 January 2026. The notification specifies different maximum age limits for Open Merit and reserved categories.

The District Court Recruitment 2026 application process is being conducted through offline mode for 17 Class-IV posts, including Process Server and Orderly/Chowkidar.
