Haryana Police is set to undertake recruitment in phases to address the existing shortage of personnel. Haryana Police Plans Regular Recruitment Every Year
Haryana Police is planning to adopt regular recruitment to prevent vacancies from accumulating. Police Director General Ajay Singhal has indicated that a recruitment schedule for the coming months has been prepared. The department aims to gradually reduce the manpower shortage and fill sanctioned posts in phases.
The department is also taking steps to strengthen the police force through additional manpower. The report mentions that 11,052 Special Police Officers (SPOs) and 10,196 Home Guard volunteers have been deployed to support the existing police force in maintaining law and order.
