Assam Grade 4 Interview Schedule 2025 Out, Check List of Documents Required for SLRC Grade IV

The State Level Recruitment Commission has announced the Grade IV Interview and  Document Verification Schedule on the 29 May 2025. Candidates who cleared the written exam and qualified for the Interview and DV should appear for the DV. Assam Grade 4 Interview Schedule 2025

The Assam SLRC has released the Grade IV Interview and DV Schedule on the official website. The department officials have announced to conduct the Assam Grade 4 Interview and DV schedule 2025 from 17 June 2025. Candidates should download the Admit Card and appear for the DV.

The Assam Grade 4 Result is out and all the candidates who cleared the exam can now check the DV Schedule and prepare for it. The State Level Recruitment Commission will conduct Interview and Document Verification simultaneously.

The interview along with document submission is scheduled on 17 June 2025 in two sessions- Morning (09:AM) and Afternoon (1:PM). The candidates will have to bring the following documents in original and one set of self attested photocopies of the below:

List of Documents Required for Assam Grade 4 Interview Schedule 2025:

• Admit Card of Interview (To be downloaded from ASSEB(Erstwhile SEBA) website)
• Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Card
• Age proof-Admit card of HSLC exam/Birth certificate
• Mark sheets and Pass certificates of
• Read up-to Class VII
• HSLC, HSSLC
• ITI passed certificate in the trade of wireman/ electrician/ fitterl welder/ electronics mechanic/machinist.
  (Whichever is applicable)
• Additional Qualification, if any.
• SC/ ST/ OBC/MOBC Caste/Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities/PwBD Certificate, if applicable.
• Ex-Servicemen certificate (Discharge Book Number and Date with place of issue)
• Photo identity proof (PAN Card/Passport/Voter ID Card/Driving License, AADHAAR Card).

Additionally, two Copies of Undertaking and Self-Declaration, Formats of which may be downloaded from website of ASSEB, (Erstwhile SEBA) i.e www.sebaonline.org and two copies of self-attested passport size photographs are to be submitted at the time of Interview and document submission without fail.
