APPSC Assistant Social Welfare Officer Exam Pattern 2026

The written examination will be of Degree Standard and will consist of three papers. Each paper will contain 150 questions and carry 150 marks.

There will also be negative marking. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks prescribed for that question will be deducted.

APPSC Computer Proficiency Test 2026

The notification also provides the scheme and syllabus for the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT). The test is practical in nature and focuses on proficiency in Office Automation, computers and associated software.

The APPSC Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer (ATWO) selection process has two stages:

• Computer-Based Written Examination (CBT): Candidates are assessed through an online written test. Appearing in all required papers is compulsory.
• Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Candidates shortlisted based on written-examination merit must qualify in this practical computer test.
