II. Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

III. Scheme of Examination
- The online test, except for the English language section, will be available in both English and Hindi.

- There will be negative markings for incorrect answers in the online test. For each wrong answer, a 1/4 mark will be deducted.
- The Language Proficiency Test (LPT) is mandatory. No exemptions will be allowed, and it will be conducted at the respective offices.
- The LPT is a qualifying test. Candidates provisionally selected from the Online Test must take the LPT.
- Candidates applying for a position in a particular state must be proficient in that state’s official language, meaning they should be able to read, write, speak, and understand it.
