CUET UG Agriculture Eligibility Criteria 2026 Age Limit

There is no age limit for candidates appearing in CUET (UG) 2026. However, applicants must fulfill the age criteria (if any) prescribed by the respective University/Institution in which they are seeking admission.

CUET UG Agriculture Eligibility Criteria 2026 Educational Qualfication

To be eligible for CUET (UG) 2026 in Agriculture courses, candidates must have passed a recognized qualifying examination. These examinations ensure that applicants have the required academic foundation for undergraduate studies.

Candidates must have passed any one of the following examinations from a recognized board or institution:

1. Final examination of the 10+2 system conducted by a recognized Central/State Board (e.g., CBSE, CISCE, State Boards).
2. Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/University.
3. Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
4. Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with at least five subjects.
5. Any Public School/Board/University examination in India or abroad recognized as equivalent to 10+2 by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)/UGC.
6. Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
7. Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education of at least three years’ duration.
8. General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at Advanced (A) Level.
9. High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
10. Any examination recognized as equivalent to Class 12 by the Central or State Government.
11. Candidates who passed Class 12 from a non-public examination must have passed at least one public or Pre-University examination earlier.

Year of Appearance in Qualifying Examination

Candidates who are currently appearing in their Class 12 or equivalent examination may also apply for CUET UG 2026. This provision allows final-year students to participate in the entrance process without waiting for their final results.
