The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released an important notice regarding the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) recruitment under CEN 01/2024, addressing candidate concerns about a mismatch between scorecards and QPHTML responses. According to the official notice, several candidates had raised objections over discrepancies between their displayed scorecards and the QPHTML responses made available for review on July 2, 2025. The Railway Recruitment Boards have now confirmed, after thorough examination, that there are no changes in the candidates’ scorecards.
Issue of Mismatch in Scorecards and QPHTML Responses
Candidates had submitted representations regarding discrepancies between the scorecards and QPHTML responses displayed on 2nd July 2025. The Railway Recruitment Boards examined the matter carefully to resolve the issue.
No Change in Candidates’ Scorecards
After thorough verification, the Railway Recruitment Board confirmed that there is no change in the scorecards of the candidates. The mismatched QPHTML responses in Part B for a few trades were mistakenly displayed as ignored, even though they were already excluded in other trades as well.
Withdrawal of QPHTML Responses
The QPHTML responses have now been officially withdrawn by the RRB. This step ensures that the displayed responses no longer create confusion among candidates.
Fresh QPHTML Responses to be Released
The Railway Recruitment Board will issue a new notice for viewing fresh QPHTML responses in due course. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official RRB websites for the next update.
Official Statement Highlights:
- There is no change in the scorecards of the candidates.
- Ignored QPHTML questions were incorrectly shown for some trades due to a display issue.
- The previously displayed QPHTML responses have been withdrawn.
- A notice for viewing the fresh QPHTML responses will be issued shortly.
Candidates are advised to stay updated through the official Railway Recruitment Board websites for the next announcement regarding the CBAT shortlisting and response sheet review.
