- An essential qualification must be obtained in 2022 or later.
- Candidates must not have undergone or be currently pursuing any apprenticeship.
- Candidates with 1 year or more job/training experience after qualification are not eligible.
- Date of Birth Range: Between 15th May 2002 and 15th May 2008 (both dates are inclusive)
