(The total maximum marks and total marks obtained for all years/semesters will be summed up to arrive at an aggregate percentage. No rounding off will be done and no weightage will be given to any particular semester or year).

• • The Maximum Age Limit is 30 years as on 11th September 2022.

NALCO Recruitment 2022 Through GATE: Candidates will be paid a pay scale of Rs.40,000-3%-1,40,000/-during 1 year of Training with starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000/-. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as an Assistant Manager at E1 grades in the pay scale of 60,000-3%-1,80,000/-with one additional increment.

Apart from the salary, employees will also receive Dearness Allowance(DA), HRA, a prerequisite under cafeteria approach and medical facility for self & dependents, super annulation benefits i.e. Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. which will be provided as per the Government rules & norms.
