GATE Exam 2022 : Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of GATE 2022 Exam include a list of parameters such as academic qualification, nationality, age limit and more. To know more, read the details below:
Nationality:
- Candidates having Indian nationality are eligible for the GATE Exam.
- International candidates belonging to Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates(UAE) are also eligible for the GATE Exam.
Education Qualification:
As per the Guidelines of GATE, a candidate must have a minimum qualification of 10+2+3.
- Candidates who have completed any government approved degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Science/Commerce/Arts are eligible for the GATE 2022 Examination.
- Candidates who are in the final year of such programs are also eligible for GATE 2022 Examination.
- GATE 2022 Exam Eligibility criteria for international candidates is also the same as mentioned above.
Age Limit:
- There is no age limit criteria defined by the exam conducting authority to appear in the GATE Exam.
Required Documents:
- Documents Required for GATE 2022 Registration are as follows:
- Name, Date of Birth, Valid mobile number, Parent’s name, Valid address with an area pin code.
- Any ID Proof – PAN/Aadhar card/Driving License/college Id/ Passport/Voter Id.
