BEML Junior Executives Selection Process 2025
- A one-hour written test will be the initial step in the selection process. Fifty Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) will be included in the written exam to assess technical proficiency. There won’t be any negative marks; each question will be worth one mark.
- The written test pass rate will be set at 60%, with a 5% relaxation for candidates from the SC, ST, and PwD categories. However, based on the advertised position, candidates will be selected for interviews based on merit, and management retains the right to limit the quantity of applicants that are shortlisted.
- Verification of the shortlisted candidates’ documents will be the second stage of the selection process. During the document verification step, all pertinent and necessary documents in accordance with the advertised criteria will be examined, and those candidates who are discovered to be fit the listed requirements will be allowed to attend the interview. (Original and copy paperwork must be carried.)
- Personal interviews will be the third stage of the selection procedure. The final choice will be based on how well the candidate performed during the interview.
