The Directorate of General Education, Tamil Nadu (TNDGE) released the TN Class 12 Tamil Nadu results on May 8, at 9 a.m. This year, the board did not publish the TN 12th Toppers List 2025 to promote healthy competition. This year’s pass percentage for the TN HSE +2 result is 95.03 percent. To inspire students, we have released the Tamil Nadu HSE +2 Toppers list, which includes students who received more than 550 marks. Tamil Nadu 12th Toppers 2025 Statistics
The Tamil Nadu Class 12th Board Examination was held from March 3, 2025, to March 25, 2025, and included all main streams: science, commerce, and arts. Over 8.2 lakh students took the Tamil Nadu 12th board exam 2025 at 3,316 centres across the state.
As per the TN 12th result 2025 announcement, the overall passing percentage for Class 12th is 95.03%. Of the 7,513 schools that took the Tamil Nadu HSE +2 board test, 2,638 passed with a perfect score of 100%.

How many students secure centum scorers in HSE +2 exam?
In terms of centum scorers, this year, it is seen that a total of 135 students received full marks. Physics had 1,125 centums, Chemistry had 3,181, Biology had 827, and Mathematics had an incredible 3,022 centum scorers. Computer Science saw 9,536 students score a perfect 200, demonstrating outstanding performance in the technical stream. In Tamil, 135 students received centum marks, demonstrating constant performance in the state language exam.
This year’s Tamil Nadu Class 12 board examinations saw 26,887 students achieve full marks in at least one subject. The large proportion of centum scorers demonstrates subject-specific academic strength and indicates the increased competitiveness of students across the state.

TN 12th Result 2025 for Vocational courses
Along with regular students, the board has revealed the results for Class 12 vocational courses. In the vocational stream, the overall pass rate is 84.22 percent. The HSC +2 test was taken by 17815 boys and 10615 girls (28430 in total). Of these, 14379 males and 9564 girls (23943 in total) passed. The pass rate for boys is 80.71 percent, while it is 90.10 percent for girls.
