What is the value of x, if:  -3×√196+√x = 8×3-2 ?
Question

What is the value of x, if:  -3×√196+√x = 8×3-2 ?

A.

4096

B.

128

C.

135

D.

1064

Correct option is A

Given:

3×196+x=8×32-3×\sqrt{196} + \sqrt{x} = 8×3 - 2

Solution:

3×196+x=242-3×\sqrt{196} + \sqrt{x} = 24 - 2

3×14+x=22  42+x=22  x=22+42  x=64   x=4096-3 × 14 + \sqrt{x} = 22 \\ \ \\ \implies -42 + \sqrt{x} = 22 \\ \ \\ \implies \sqrt{x} = 22+42\\ \ \\ \implies \sqrt{x} = 64\\ \ \\ \implies \ {x} = 4096
