Concept Used:

Divisibility rule of 11 - (the sum of odd digits - sum of even digits) = 0 or multiple of 11.

Solution:

Checking for given numbers:

(4+5+0) -( 3+8+1) = 9 - 12 = -3

For the difference to be divisible by 11 the number should be more by 3

Hence the number is 348513

Hence, smallest one digit number can only be 3 so that number is divisible by 11
