    Given:

    20 women can complete the work in 15 days

    16 men can complete the work in 15 days

    Formula Used:

    Work done = Number of workers ×\times​ Time

    Solution:

    Let the efficiency of a man and a woman be M and W respectively.

    According to the question,

    Total work;

    16M×15=20W×15 16M \times 15 = 20W \times 15​​

    16M=20W4M=5WMW=54=5:416M=20W \\4M =5W \\\frac{M}{W} =\frac{5}{4} = 5:4 

    Thus, the ratio of efficiency of the man and woman is 5 : 4
